Customers may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided that the products are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. This timeframe allows customers to evaluate their selections and ensures that products remain in a condition suitable for resale.

It is important to note that certain items, due to their nature, may be non-returnable. These include personalized or custom-made products, as well as items that have been opened or used. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our eco-friendly offerings and to minimize waste associated with returned goods.

To initiate a return, customers should contact our customer service team via email or phone. Upon approval, customers will receive instructions on how to return the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. In the case of exchanges, the new item will be shipped once the returned item has been received and inspected.
